Entry-Level Diagnostic Overview
This assessment is an entry point to my advisory work. It is designed for F&B or Functional Food companies that are either growing, under pressure, or feelign operational friction, but do not yet need or want a full-fledged project.
The goal is simple: to give you a clear, factual view of how your operations perform today, what is holding you back, and what to fix first. No generic slides or useless theory. No long-term commitment required.

This assessment is suitable if you:• Are in the food business leadership
Owners, founders, or operations leaders in a food or beverage business who are managing growth or trying to keep day-to-day operations under control.• Have typical food operations pain points
Inventory chaos (whether ingredients, packaging or finished product) delivery or service level issues, constant firefighting between production, planning, and logistics, unclear responsibilities on the shop floor or in planning, decisions made with limited operational visibility, margin and cost pressure, or other clear signs that operational complexity is increasing.

A structured operational assessment delivering:
• A diagnostic overview of how your supply chain and operations are running today, and where problems are likely to show up next if nothing changes
• Identification of the main bottlenecks limiting service, cost control, or scalability that require attention
• Concrete improvement opportunities
• Clear priorities for the next months, aligned with your business context
The assessment runs over 2 weeks.• Week 1 focuses on understanding how your supply chain and operations actually work today
• Week 2 focuses on analysis, prioritisation, and translating findings into a clear action roadmapTiming is agreed upfront.
No open-ended work. No extensions unless explicitly agreed.Confidentiality:
The assessment assumes access to relevant operational information.
All information shared is treated as confidential. If required, an NDA can be signed before the start of the engagement
After delivery, you can choose to:• Implement the roadmap internally, using it as a reference and decision guide
• Use the assessment as input for a focused sprint on a specific topic (e.g. planning, inventory, suppliers, roles)
• Continue with targeted advisory, coaching, or a retainer to support execution and decision-making
• Use it as a basis for a larger redesign project only if structural change is required
• Do nothing further and still keep the insights and materials
Pricing starts from 4,900 EUR and depends on company size, operational complexity, and scope required (valid until Q1 2026).
